Week One Review and Week Two Goals

Well I'm glad to report the week one was a success for the most part. I only went out one day but I didn't have to pay for it. Considering I was going out at least once a day sometimes 2 or more I think going a week with only going out once was a success!! My portion control is going pretty good. Some days I still eat more than I should but I am working on it. Although I am happy to report that just by not eating out I have lost 4lbs. I wasn't expecting that much and it has definitely made me want to keep going. I bought me a gym pass this last Saturday so now it's time to start adding some exercise into this.

Goal
1/14/13-1/20/13
Make it to the gym at least 3 times and walk for at least 30 min.

Also keep and improve last weeks goals.

Here's to the next week and more weight to lose!!
