Oops Let's Try Again

Okay so last week was not near as successful as I wanted it to be. I did well with the not eating out by only going out once but I never made it to the gym. Not even once. Work was really hectic and I was working really late nights and was exhausted. So this week I'm going to try to hit the gym a couple of times. I have a wedding this weekend out of town so I won't be where I can go to the gym but I will try to go earlier in the week for sure. Good news is I'm still losing by just not going out and watching my portions! Here's to improvement this week and losing more weight!!
